It is strictly forbidden to transfer the driving of the car to third parties. Only the person specified in the contract is allowed to drive the car. However, when you sign a contract with Fast&Famous, you can add 2 people as drivers. Both of them will be able to drive the rented car.

No, it is prohibited to drive off-road or use any type of risky driving. Fast&Famous is notified about speeding, going off-roading or driving in an unusual manner, and reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement early, as well as to withhold the deposit.

No, smoking in a vehicle is prohibited, no matter if it is moving or not. You can also be fined for smoking in a vehicle.

If an insured case happens, the police must be called. The police will arrive and fill in a report. 1. A “green” report means that the driver of the car is not responsible and does not have to pay anything. 2. A “red” report means that the driver is responsible for the accident. In this case it is necessary to pay for the insurance case registration (AED 5,000-7500 depending on the rented car), as well as 10% of the cost of damage, if the driver is 25 years old; if the driver is less than 25 years old, 15-20% of the cost of damage is paid. If the car cannot be repaired, the driver pays for the the insurance case registration (AED 5,000-7500 depending on the rented car), as well as 10% of the value of the car insurance (for example, if the car is insured for AED 1,000,000, the driver has to pay AED 100,000).
